all these people are saying that valentines day isn’t that special because everyone should love their significant other everyday. if we thought like that, then what’s the purpose of all these other holidays? birthdays? shouldn’t we make people feel special and loved by family and friends everyday? christmas? shouldn’t we celebrate the birth of Jesus everyday? 

it honestly doesn’t make sense to me haha. i mean, holidays are meant to be special. days where every emotion and tradition are highlighted for that day. yeah, you’re supposed to love your significant other erry day but valentines day is making that love even more special because the whole day is about celebrating romantic love.
